Genga Director of Properties Curt Genga joined the Preservation Society of Newport County as Director of Properties in 1990.  He manages a staff of several dozen employees who are responsible for the ongoing maintenance and security of all of the Society's properties.  He oversaw the creation of the groundbreaking Facilities Management Database, which prioritizes and tracks thousands of maintenance projects to assist in budgeting and scheduling.  Prior to joining the Preservation Society, he was President and General Manager of his own contracting company. Our tickets should not be presented at any other mansion in Newport except The Breakers, Chateau-sur-Mer, Chepstow, The Elms, Green Animals Topiary Garden, Hunter House, Isaac Bell House, Kingscote, Marble House, and Rosecliff.
